    There appears to be quite a discrepancy of data about the number of carwashes in the United States. Then there are different types of carwashes; Fixed and mobile. Amongst the fixed site carwashes there are coin-op self serve washes, Flex Service Robotic, Conveyor Conventional, Gas Station Rollover and the Touchless automatic.

    You can pick up a carwash survey from any of the four major industry magazines or the co-marketed service industry magazines like; C-Store News, Oil and Lube News or any of the Auto Service Industry Association magazines and there are about seven of them. Some of the surveys in these magazines have broken down by region. Percentages of course are worthless unless broken down by area, even a manufacturer, better know that if it is going to set up a dealer network, sales teams or use existing channels of distribution. Those who study the industry need to be cognizant of the available data and its worthiness.

    Can you even define what a Conveyor is? Most cannot and even if you could, does that mean your definition equates to the survey you are reading this week; if not how can you quote numbers? What is a conveyor car wash; a tunnel system with a conveyor in it? If so, many types of carwashes have some sort of conveyor systems.

    But if only a few thousand people show up to join the Hezbollah war fighters against the Jews then Al Qaeda will look like it does not have for a much power and is impotent. There are over 1500 Hezbollah Warriors along the Israeli-Lebanon Border and they are well camouflaged and extremely well armed.

    Will the Hezbollah war fighters along the border get reinforcements from Al Qaeda’s call for a jihad against the Jews? If all the international terrorist groups are working as one, then all the international terrorist groups are connected. If they are all connected and Al Qaeda is fighting Israel and Al Qaeda is the enemy of the United States of America then in fact all these international terrorist groups are our enemy in the present period and therefore we must join Israel to wipe out the international terrorists.

    If Hezbollah is defeated by Israel and Al Qaeda was helping them then both as the law and Al Qaeda will be considered of little threat.

    Each day, as a chore is completed, that slip of paper is placed in a holding envelope until the Chore Box is empty. Then, when empty, the boxes are refilled, and the system starts over again. This also works well at the office!

    2. 10 MINUTE PICK-UP:

    Control the chaos. Schedule a consistent, ’10 minute Pick-up’ each night. Set a timer to sound an alarm in 10 minutes.

    While the clock is ticking, all family members are responsible for clearing out and putting away their belongings from the main family area.

    When the timer sounds, you’re all done. Give yourselves a warm round of applause for all you’ve accomplished.

    If you were lucky, eventually the charge was either dropped or you got away with some sort of ?deferred adjudication? which resulted in a dismissal. The problem is you still have the arrest on your record.

    Why is that problematic?

    Because if you are changing jobs or applying for some sort of state vocational license or applying at some schools etc., you may well be asked on your applications questions like:

    ?Have you ever been arrested?? or ?Have you ever been charged with a crime other than a minor traffic violation??

    Faced with that scenario, what do you do? Do you lie and hope you don?t get caught? Or do you confess your record, try to explain and hope you get the job or license or whatever in spite of this disclosure?

    Do you see the conundrum? You?re stuck. ?None of the above?

    is not an acceptable answer.

    When I was actively practicing law, I had a steady stream of clients who faced just this sort of situation.

    Try not to panic as the police department will need your help .Grab as much recent photos of your child as possible. They will need to know vital information of your child. When you call the police, provide your child’s name, Childs age, height, weight, and any other unique identifiers such as eyeglasses and braces. Tell them when you noticed that your child was missing and what clothing he or she was wearing. Supply them with the photos and if there is any signs of a break in.

    Let them know of any possible reasons your child may be missing. Where there any friends or strangers in the home before? Are you going through custody problems? Many missing children are abducted by family members or known people.

    The best thing to do is prepare your kids to help prevent theses situations.
